Our teams manage the full pavement build up from formation through subbase, base, surfacing, and finishing. We coordinate plant and materials, maintain traffic management, and document tests and inspections so stakeholders have confidence in the final result and handover is clean.
Typical scopes include formation and subgrade improvement, subbase and base layers, asphalt or surface treatments, kerbs and shoulders, culverts and cross drainage, stormwater channels, road markings preparation, and rehabilitation works including milling, patching, and reseals.
We start with survey control, method planning, and traffic accommodation. Haul routes, borrow sources, and delivery sequences are planned to reduce downtime. On site, supervision controls levels, compaction, material placement, and interface works to keep quality consistent.
Pavement quality is verified through moisture density, thickness checks, levels, and material compliance records. Progress is reported with quantities, photos, and short look ahead planning. Defects are managed early so the final surface meets specification and performs.
Safety focuses on traffic management, plant and pedestrian separation, night work controls, and clear signage. Drainage is treated as part of road performance with erosion control and clean run off management. Closeout includes test results, as built information, and handover packs.
